This straightforward hotel is set in a perfect area. Competent and attentive people are working. It has central location and near a bus station. There is cafe Saioa, set 500 metres walk away. Thank you for a really nice stay.

I loved how our room had a cute little terrace where we enjoyed our morning coffee, and the air conditioning was a lifesaver in the heat! Good pressure for hot water.

We booked a double room with a balcony, but ended up with a confusing open space instead. The receptionist was dismissive about our complaint, insisting that it was a terrace, misleading. The beds were uncomfortable, and I could hardly sleep due to the noise from the other rooms and a malfunctioning boiler. The towels were outdated and thin, which did not justify the price we paid for our stay.
